ALC Implementation Teams

Each member of ALC served on one of seven Implementation Teams, each focusing on a distinct and critical element for Aggie Launch’s successful implementation. Each team's area of focus and specific membership can be found below.

  • Implementation Team 1: Academic Integration

  • Focus: Work with faculty and academic leadership to highlight connections between the learning in academic spaces with the skills and competencies needed for success in gained in experiential, internship, and employment positions to introduce students to post-graduation educational and career pathways.

  • Implementation Team 2: Collaboration & Coordination

  • Focus: Facilitate coordination, assess staffing, support allocation of resources for assessment, and leverage connections for Aggie Launch activities, and foster collaboration across colleges, units, and programs by providing content, cross-posting, maintaining and promoting Aggie Launch webpage.

  • Focus: Create uniform definitions of experiential learning opportunities including communication and sustainability plans and promote existing opportunities to raise awareness and access for student success in experiential learning.

  • Focus: Build the infrastructure, partnerships and agreements that enable linkages between various elements of the academic and non-academic parts of campus such that faculty and staff can easily connect students to career readiness activities in and beyond the major.

  • Focus: Develop and execute a multi-level communication and marketing plan targeting students, faculty, and staff that will promote Aggie Launch opportunities, encourage experiential learning, highlight best practices, and share student success stories.
