- Learn about career resources offered on campus. Browse the Internship and Career Center website for all services offered online.

Fall

- Sign up for Handshake and the Mentor Collective
- Visit the Internship and Career Center and connect with at least 1 advisor
- Build a draft of a resume and have it reviewed by a peer advisor
- Meet with a Career Champion academic advisor to discuss options, ideas, and plans for the future
- Take at least one career assessment

Winter
-
- Begin researching pathways via ICC, faculty, Handshake, Linkedin, etc.
- Attend at least one job fair. View a list of career fairs hosted by the Internship and Career Center
- Meet with your mentor from the Mentor Collective

Spring

- Apply for your first internship via Handshake (or other platform as appropriate)
- Do at least 2 informational interviews
- Do at least 1 job shadow
- Attend job fairs, industry visits, workplace site visits. Learning goals: employers, work environs, job trends, job titles.
- Meet with your mentor from the Mentor Collective
