- If desired, apply to become mentor in Mentor Collective for entering students
- Meet with Career Champ advisor
- Begin researching career pathways via ICC, faculty, Handshake, Linkedin, etc.
- If not yet done, post resume to Handshake for inclusion in resume books, etc.
- Meet with your designated mentor from the collective
- Record experiential learning with advisors at ICC/College Deans Office

Winter

- Attend job fairs, industry visits, workplace site visits. Learning goals: employers, work environs, job trends, job titles.
- Do at least 2 informational interviews
- Do at least 1 job shadow
- Meet with your designated mentor from the collective
- Record experiential learning with advisors at ICC/College Deans Office

- By the end of Sophomore Year, complete all ICC “Core Workshops”
